Welcome to Iris Behavior Services LLC!  Iris Behavior Services was started in 2012 by Tracy Nelson, MS, BCBA.  Tracy began work in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in the late 1980's and has been board certified since 2009, first as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) and then in 2012 as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Besides being a behavior analyst, Tracy is also an educator with past teaching certifications in both regular and special education. Throughout her career, Tracy has worked with both children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities to gain skills in the areas of communication, self-advocacy, social interactions, and daily living.  Tracy has expertise in staff training and development, trainee supervision, behavior analyst mentorship, parent coaching, and the development of individualized, effective behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
